How We Started
The journey of The Productive Co. began with founder Lindsay Kulhanek's diverse professional background. With nearly 15 years of experience in the strategic, operational, and executive support space, she gained valuable insights from various industries, learning what it takes for businesses to succeed. Before discovering her passion for online strategic support, Lindsay worked in the oil and gas industry as a petroleum landman and Chief of Staff. Prior to that, she honed her skills as a professional stage manager in live theatre.
These unique experiences allowed Lindsay to thrive under pressure, respond calmly, think independently, and make critical decisions quickly, all while maintaining organization and efficiency. These skills formed the foundation for Lindsay's career as the Founder and CEO of The Productive Co.
