Overcommunicate
One of the questions we hear most when working with our virtual clients is how to communicate effectively. Just because you aren’t in the same office doesn’t mean you can’t find streamlined ways to collaborate.
Our advice? Overcommunicate! Schedule check-ins. Share meeting notes. Create action steps together, and delegate tasks so everyone knows what their responsibility is and how to achieve it.
Invest in the time to communicate properly with your VA, and you’ll save time in the end with better results.
