Meet our Founder, Lindsay

Lindsay is a strategic operations and Chief of Staff leader with 15 years of experience building the infrastructure that lets founder-led and high-growth companies actually scale.

She's spent her career being brought into complex, fast-moving environments — companies where the systems didn't exist yet, the processes lived in people's heads, and the CEO was doing too many jobs at once. Her work is to change that. She builds the operational architecture, the people systems, the cross-functional workflows, and the accountability structures that turn entrepreneurial momentum into institutional staying power.

Before founding The Productive Co., Lindsay served as Chief of Staff and Director of Business Operations across multiple companies and industries — including a multi-entity acquisition holding company where she supported $15M+ in capital raised, a private investment firm where she built the entire operational infrastructure from scratch across HR, fund operations, and compliance, and a petroleum landman firm where she helped scale revenue 12x over three years. She has built hiring systems, stood up HR platforms, led vendor rationalization that delivered hundreds of thousands in cost savings, and prevented a six-figure disbursement error through internal controls work she designed herself.

Her background is unusually broad by design. Early in her career she trained and worked as a professional stage manager — a role that hardwires exactly the skills that make a great operator: managing complex moving parts under pressure, keeping every stakeholder aligned, and knowing that when the curtain goes up, there's no room for improvisation on the things that matter.

Today Lindsay leads The Productive Co. and works directly with a select group of clients as a fractional operations partner and Chief of Staff — stepping in at the level each company needs, from tactical execution to CEO-level strategic support, and building the systems that outlast her involvement.
